**Privacy and Security Policy**
OrthoVet, LLC respects and is committed to protecting our customers privacy. We will not distribute information about our customers, such as name, mailing address, phone number, email address and other personal information to anyone outside OrthoVet, LLC. Our customers’ payment information is processed with the latest internet software for secure commerce transactions. All credit card payments to OrthoVet, LLC will appear on your credit card statement under the name OrthoVet, LLC.
OrthoVet, LLC has an unconditional 30 day guarantee on our splints and braces. We guarantee the splints to be free of structural and strapping problems for a period of 30 days under normal wearing conditions. If the product should fail during the 30 day time frame, OrthoVet, LLC will replace the splint free of charge. Please call our office for replacement details, Toll Free: 1-866-207-9205.
**Returns**
OrthoVet, LLC will gladly accept returns. Please read the instructions below for package details.
The returned package must have an RGA (returned goods authorization) number. The RGA number must be clearly displayed on the shipping label placed on the outside of the package being returned. Any package received without the RGA number will be delayed in processing and/or subject to possible rejection and shipment being returned.
Customers can obtain an RGA by calling Othovet's toll free number at 866-207-9205.
A 30% restocking fee on returns for credit will be charged IF brace or splint has not been used and is in new condition. **All returned items for credit must be approved by Orthovet's returns department before credit can be issued. Splints or braces with any obvious use will not receive credit. Splints with hair/fur, dirt, soil, smell or damage to the foam lining will not be credited.
OrthoVet, LLC will not issue credit for any product returns that are past 30 days of actual received date.
In the event a splint needs to be adjusted or modified a minimum service fee of $34.99 will apply. For significant modifications requiring extra time, the customer will be contacted with an estimate of charges before work commences.
Exchanges are happily accepted and will follow the same policy listed above for returns.
